Question (Q) : When igniting the gas cooker, why the flame is red ?
Answer (A) : The red flame depends on the composition of hydro carbon in the gas. More hydro carbon causes the flame to be red. The red flame will not "burn" or causes "scorched" to cooking appliances.

(Q) : Why is it hard to ignite the stover ?
(A) : Sometimes the air needed to cause ignition is trap in the gas valve. Let the air circulate by pressing ignition knob longer.

(Q) : Why sometimes there is "burping" sound when turning off the stove ?
(A) : Because there is too much air in the gas valve, the air comes onto when turning off the stove causing the "burping" sound. This situation is not dangerous. Adjust the damper to avoid this situation.

How to avoid leakage ?

Make sure the gas hose is connected properly with the gas regulator & gas stove. Clamp both ends of the hose and tighten them.
Use proper gas hose, not water hose or any other hose. Use hose that has "protection", so that its not easily chew by rats.
Make sure to turn back the knob to "off" position after cooking.
Do routine check on the hose. Recommended monthly check.

Flame does'nt ignite	Main Gas Stopcock is not turned on	Turn off the Gas cock once and then turn it in fully
	Air remains in the Gas piping	Repeat igniting operation until all the air in the piping is purged out completly
	Bend or crushed rubber tubing	Straighten it, or replace it
	Piezo elektrode or insuler is dirty	Clean it with a dry cloth
	The Gas Cooker out of order	Request to AFTER SALES SERVICE for repair
Smell of Gas	Cracks or holes in the rubber tubing	Replace it with a new one
	Ruber tubing is not connected properly	Connect the rubber tubing properly
	The Gas Cooker out of order	Request to AFTER SALES SERVICE for repair
Flame abnormal	Air supplay is not properly adjusted	Adjust it properly
	Burner is not fitted properly	Fix burner body properly
	Flame outlet of burner is clogged	Clean the cloged part
	The Gas Cooker out of order	Request to AFTER SALES SERVICE for repair

If trouble occurs, fix it refering to the above table. But if the problem still remain, or in case serious malfunction, and if you are doubt, then take th gas cooker to our AFTER SALES SERVICE for repairing without trying to repair it your self.
